Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 2 days of receiving the product to initiate a return or exchange.
Incorrect Item Received: If you receive an incorrect item, please notify us immediately, and we will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you or provide a refund.
2. Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items are not eligible for return or exchange, including:
- Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer.
- Items without original tags or packaging.
- Customized or personalized items.
- Intimate apparel, including lingerie and swimwear (for hygiene reasons).
3. Return Process:
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions for returning the item.
Packaging: Ensure that the item is securely packaged in its original packaging with all tags intact.
Shipping: You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
4. Refund Process:
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 15 business days. Please note that the time taken for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
